Now recent stories of missing funds as put some Nigerians in shock, while to some it's seems humorous.
Starting from the #36million naira swallowed by a snake at the Joint admissions Matriculation Board's office. Though surprising, but waved aside to be false, humorous videos did not waste time to be circulated. The clip above is an example.
